AllHere Coach ("we", "our", or "the app") is a team travel tracking application for youth sports. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

Location Data

Location data is collected only during active trips. It is used to show team members on a shared map and to detect arrival at the destination. Location data is automatically purged within 1 hour of trip completion. No location history is stored beyond the trip lifecycle. Trip summaries (who arrived and when) are retained for 30 days with no GPS coordinates.

You can stop sharing your location at any time by closing the app or toggling location sharing off in settings.

Children's Privacy (COPPA)

AllHere Coach does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Users must confirm they are 13 or older at sign-up. Parents join on their own device — the app tracks the parent's car, not the child. No date of birth is stored.

Data Security

We use Firebase's built-in encryption for data in transit and at rest. Firestore security rules restrict access so users can only read data for teams and trips they belong to.

Your Rights

Access: You can view your data within the app.
Deletion: You can request account deletion by emailing us. Location data is automatically deleted after each trip.
Opt out: You can stop location sharing at any time or delete your account entirely.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
